"Promised made, money paid and nothing to show for it. Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. They lied about our claim, they said they would pay on a rental that I was later charged for. They blamed the cars issues on wear and tear after my mechanic said it should be cover among many other things then denied the claim and we are left with nothing but a car payment and no car. Do not use state fraud."
